Following the success of its hybrid and flexible work schedule during the past two years, Complyport EU (formerly MAP S.Platis) Group, a leading consulting, educational, and tech firm in the financial services and regulatory compliance sector in Cyprus, announces the launch of a four-day work week for its staff via its ‘Summer Afternoons’ programme.
During the months of July and August, all Group employees will enjoy two afternoons per week off while retaining their usual earnings and package of benefits. This translates to a 32-hour work week based on the standard four-day work week that is growing in popularity and effectiveness across Europe.
